Most of you are confused regarding Ideal Weight you should have. This is very easy to know what should be your Ideal Weight .Just calculate your height in centimeter and subtract 100 from that figure whatever you get should be your Ideal Weight in kilogram.
Illustration: Suppose your height is 170 centimeter.
To know your Ideal Weight subtract 100 from your height in centimeter
170-100=70
Your Ideal Weight should be 70 kg.

SO IN ORDER TO REDUCE 10 KG WEIGHT YOUR WATER CONTENT LOSS WOULD BE 6 KG.
