Specific Yoga for Your Sexual Power. I am not going to explain you the tidbits of yoga in fine details. Yoga in general helps you to relieve your stress, so that you are sexually ready for your wife in body and spirit. There are seven chakras in your body which can be activated step by step through yoga. Those chakras are :
1.Mooladhar (Perineal Body)
2.Swadhishthan (Pelvic Plexus of nerves)
3.Manipur (Solar Plexus)
4.Anahat (Cardiac plexus)
5.Vishudha (Carotid Plexus)
6.Aagya (Pineal Gland)
7.Sahastrar (Cerebral Cortex)
The first one Mooladhar is activated first through yoga. This is the center of sexual energy. Regular yoga can boost your sexual power beyond doubt. Some important pose I am giving you for your sex organ strengthening, if you don’t have time to do complete yoga.

Virtual Cycling Movement While lying down

Look at the picture above. You have to lie on your back and lift your legs in air and do virtual cycling by your legs. As in real cycling you pedal by your feet, you need to do the same movement in air for 100 times in forward and 100 times in backward pedal. Your each heel should make complete circle in one pedal .So count one for one complete pedal and so on. After which you need to relax in supine position for 5 minutes and feel the pain on your thighs, hips and genitals. This is extremely beneficial for your sex organs. This would reduce your perineal fat and your penis would grow healthy for good blood circulation. To be continued after a short while……..

Virasana Pose

Remain in above yoga pose for 5 minutes daily.
After doing yoga it is essential to lie down supine for five minutes and feel the pain in your body due to stretching. In the next post I would discuss some local exercise to increase your penis size and thickness.
