Qualitative impairment in communication in at least one of the following areas , like delay or total lack of spoken language ,<\/p>\n\n\n\nso we can do screening test .M CHAT What is MCHAT ? Closer pregnancies .. . Any family member with sone learning or psychological disorder . Excessive screen time . Extreme prematurity which is less than 26 weeks of gestation . Neurological disorders like tuberous sclerosis and fragile x .<\/p>\n\n\n\nHow do we manage it ? We can provide with CBT or cognitive behavioural therapy starting before 3 years of age . For hyperactivity we can give drugs like atomixetine or methylphenidate . .
